What is your return policy?

For defective merchandise, we will gladly offer to either give you a full refund, or exchange the product with the same product or a different product of equal value.
All other returns will receive an in-store gift certificate code to be used on future purchases.
In order to receive either type of refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for the payment options, then simply choose "telephone order", "Paypal Manual Transfer", or "Propay Manual Transfer" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or transfer the money to us using Paypal or Propay, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

What does "Propay Manual Transfer" and "Paypal Manual Transfer" mean?

For those who wish to pay using their Paypal or Propay accounts have an option to transfer the money directly into our account. This is NOT an automatic process. You have to transfer the money manually.
