These goal post cards are so much more than post cards! Have your team set their goals and understand the activity necessary to achieve those goals then it is YOUR turn to follow up and keep them on their hearts desire!

First your team member fills out the form that asks them for their three goals for the month in the areas of Retail Sales Team Building and Wholesale Order.  The form reminds them of the activity suggested to reach that goal using the standard company “numbers”.

THEN, they write their name and address on the back.  The top copy tears off for them to take home and paste up and the bottom copy is a built in reminder post card!  Either give it back to the consultant at the mid-month meeting or mail it to her for mid-month delivery!

This is a great encouragement tool that allows them to set THEIR OWN goal based on the effort they are willing to invest!
