The outer 6”x9” envelope colorfully welcomes the new team member into our wonderful pink bubble. From there we have added a few more useful items and suggest that you add a few more inventory related items of your choosing. This envelope has room for a mailing label in the event your team member is not local to you.
The next item in the kit is the “Weekly Plan Activity Sheet” that walks you and your new team member through five planning steps: 1) Use the weekly plan sheet to decide what times each week she will work her business so that she can... 2) Decide how many faces each week she will be seeing (vital to the inventory decision); 3) Schedule her business debut; 4) Chose her power or perfect start goal; and 5) Make a list of her first 30 facial/hostess prospects.
This AWESOME sheet actually has room for the first four activities and IS A CARBONLESS TWO PART FORM so that you can keep one copy and she can keep a copy to work from.
Next, you have another TWO PART CARBONLESS FORM for step five above that reminds the new team member of all the people that should be on their prospect list and has room for them to right down their first 30 facial/hostess prospects. Again, she has a copy and you have a copy!!
Now you get in to the inner 5.75” x 8.75” envelope. This envelope is designed to be filled with the inventory materials of your choosing – NOT INCLUDED OR AVAILABLE HERE. Personally, I use Pam Shaw’s “Next Step” CD along with the full color ready set sell brochure from the company (you could use the one page black and white flyer off of intouch if you prefer) and Pam Shaw’s inventory options flyer.
