National Sales Director, Glenda Secreast, taught us the following concept.
A “perfect class” does three things:
- sells sets;
- schedules two replacement appointments; and
- schedules two interviews, the hostess plus one other.
Following this model, you are:
- 6 classes away from your red jacket (6 classes times 2 interviews divided by 4—1 in 4 will become consultants—equals three recruits);
- 16 classes away from DIQ (identical formula)
- Once in DIQ you are 42 classes from directorship (you & your team holding the classes)
This kit includes 60 tracking cards (you need 58 divided by 4 equals 29 team members plus you equals 30 for your unit!) and one reminder of "why we do this" card! After your first 16 to get into DIQ, your team helps you finish the remaining 42 needed to finish! Each card asks for the names and phone number of the hostesses and interviewees so that the director or DIQ can help follow up.
